Mobile art carts for Springboard for the Arts’ pilot program C/Art Lowertown. The program aimed to bring art onto the sidewalks of Lowertown St Paul and provide a vehicle for artists to engage with new audiences. In addition to being attractive, durable, and easy to push around, our challenge was to create a rolling base that was transformable by artists of all medium to use. The three C/Arts include a market cart, a social practice cart, and a fold-out performance stage cart.
