Lyndale Gardens Public Pavilion

As part of The Cornerstone Group’s redevelopment of the Lyndale Gardens site, ThreeSeven was employed to design and build a public pavilion on the shore or Richfield Lake. The Lyndale Gardens Public Pavilion explored the interplay of light and space, using the shadows cast from sculptural light wells and slatted planes to delineate space, direct views, and create a sense of movement within the pavilion. The goal was to create a destination where users could activate the space in a variety of manners - from passive contemplation to active engagement.
